How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want everyone who contacts Atozpictures Concrete to be treated fairly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page explains how to make a complaint and what to expect. It is a general template, not legal advice.

Topics You Can Bring to Us

You may write to us about:

  • Your experience when you phoned or messaged Atozpictures Concrete
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we matched you with

If the Problem Is a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, workmanship and customer service. If you have a problem with work at your home, first raise it with the provider directly and keep written records.

Please tell us as well. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Understand, though, that Atozpictures Concrete cannot settle contract disputes, return money paid to a provider or act on a provider's behalf.

Steps to File

Email contact@atozpictures.bond and include:

  • Your name and a way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The number you phoned or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A short account of what happened and the outcome you hope for

After You Write

We will confirm by email that your complaint arrived, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. Afterward we will reply with our findings and any steps we plan to take.

Still Unhappy?

If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask us to review it again. You may also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For licensed providers, your state contractor licensing board may be able to help.
